Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, sometimes translated as Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania or Mecklenburg-West Pomerania,is a state in the northern Germany comprised of two regions, Mecklenburg and Western Pommerania (German: Vorpommern).
Due to his lengthy name, it is often abbreviated as MV or shortened to Meck-Pomm.

Die Stadt Hagenow/ The town Hagenow
Erstmalig findet man Hagenow in einer Urkunde die zwischen 1190 und 1195 ausgestellt wurde. Bereits 1370 wird Hagenow als Stadt erwähnt obwohl erst 1754 die volle Stadtgerechtigkeit verliehen wurde. Since two days we have wonderful weather. We finally have Spring.

We have Easter holidays from the 17th to the 26th March and we`re looking forward to them. We are decorating our gardens with artificial Easter eggs these days. On Easter Sunday we search for eggs made of chocolate, marzipan and sugar in the garden. Sometimes we get little presents too.
